Refund Policy

At The Dog Workshop, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Refunds are only offered if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

To request a refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photos of the item.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If your return is approved, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error made by The Dog Workshop.
