Processing Time

All orders are processed within 6-11 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We proudly offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where available).

Once your parcel has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.

The Dog Workshop cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

Severe weather

Public holidays

High courier volumes

Remote delivery locations

Circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience and will gladly assist you in tracking your parcel if needed.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

Your order number

Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

We'll work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
